Dear members of our global community. Welcome! I am delighted to invite you and would encourage you all to join us for our 28th EMCC Global Coaching, Mentoring, and Supervision Conference, taking place on 8th – 10th June.

This year, as we celebrate 30 years of EMCC Global and with over 50 speakers from 27 countries we are aiming for our most wide-ranging, representative, inclusive and exciting Annual Conference - ever!!
​
EMCC Global exists to develop, promote, exceed expectations of best practice in coaching, mentoring and supervision for the benefit of the society. Our goal is to be the preferred and trusted partners to anyone when it comes to our practice, everywhere in the world and this mission has been the driving force in how we have designed our conference for 2022.
Our theme “United in Harmony?”

We need to be united. We need harmony. We need collaboration and sustainability and we strive for an inclusive society. Now is the time for us to come together and celebrate our differences whilst at the same time creating a feeling of belonging and positive emotion, of shared respect, of being seen and heard, of trust!

In posing the question “United in Harmony?” we hope to start the debate and create a platform for our community to come together.
​
I encourage you to explore and engage with our exciting programme. With a broad range of presentations on Coaching, Mentoring, Supervision and Team Coaching – there really is something for everyone. There are also masterclass sessions being hosted by our sponsors – all of which are free for our delegates, and virtual exhibition booths at which you can meet with our sponsors and leaders from our Accreditation, Research and Thought Leadership and Development Teams.
