Bio:
Shruti Sonthalia is an entrepreneur, coach educator and organizational development consultant. A graduate of the London School of Economics, she works towards an inclusive, equitable and sustainable future by deepening the practice of Systems Leadership, in partnership with thought leaders, social enterprises and mission driven organizations. She has contributed to establishing coaching within India’s nascent market over the past decade, building awareness of transformational coaching as praxis while designing curricula and delivering programs for a leading coach education provider. She has mentored and assessed coaches from across the globe to receive their coaching credentials. She has coached diverse leaders to improve their impact, supporting senior teams to transform leadership effectiveness and culture. A thought leader in coaching for social impact, Shruti has designed and delivered coaching for organizations such as Peace corps. As a member of the ICFF Council of Ambassadors she has advocated coaching for social impact across Asia and facilitated Ignite Coaching Initiatives for diverse organizations. She is VP of the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry Gujarat Coaching Council. She co-founded the Corona Quilt Project, a community arts initiative that brought together 25000 artworks into public installations promoting healing and belonging during the pandemic.
Cristina Custodio is the Social Leadership Coach, helping leaders working for a more equitable and sustainable world. She has over 25 years of experience in leadership and management. Since 2011, Cristina has coached leaders in a variety of mission-driven organizations, such as the United Nations and those focused on different elements of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Cristina, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), has a BA (History & Literature) and an MBA from Harvard University.
A Puerto Rico native, Cristina serves on the ICF Coaching Education Board of Directors and its Advisory Committee on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice.
