Laura is the Director of Organisational Effectiveness at Nawah Energy Company. She has spent the last seven years supporting the Senior and Technical Leaders from over 40 nationalities to find alignment through Leadership and Team Effectiveness. Laura started coaching teams at 18 when she played Volleyball for England and Great Britain. She has worked in High Reliability Industries since 2004, starting with Emirates Airline in training and coaching. Laura has coached pilots, reactor operators and senior leaders. She has delivered several coaching programmes as well as initiatives to promote a coaching style of leadership at both EDF Energy, Emirates Nuclear Energy Company and Nawah Energy Company.
