Bio:
Engineer in Agriculture and Food industry (ISAB, Beauvais, France) and holder of a M.Sc. degree in Management and Marketing (Cranfield University, UK), Ghita BENKIRANE occupied diverse responsible jobs in Quality Management in England, France, Mauritius and Morocco.
She then led an international career as a Senior Expert for the World Bank, UNDP, UNIDO, European Union and ISO (International Standardization Organization) projects. She stills accompany change in various countries, to implement Quality Management Systems and Policies, to ease Global Trade in those countries (South-East Asia, Africa).
She is at the origin of the creation of the subsidiary of the Group AFNOR in Morocco, and her actions worth her to being classified in 2005 in the "100 Women who make Morocco move". She had been qualified as a Third Party Auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 standards, as an EFQM Assessor and a Trainer of Trainer for Third Party Auditing.
She created her own company Art&Management in 2008 in Sophia-Antipolis (South-East of France) to accompany Change Management. The methodology is based on the Aesthetics of Management concept, using Neurosciences, Design Thinking and Creativity methodologies.
She studied this approach through an Executive Master’s Degree – Consulting & Coaching for Change in HEC and Oxford Business School.
Her multicultural background provided her a larger understanding of the cultural enrichment, and, as an artist herself, she helps developing Creative Posture, especially in our global complex environment, and the digital transformation, to enhance the Human Factor.
