    their situation and context, and identify new insights and actions to unlock potential, enhance wellbeing and improve performance (CoachHub). Coaching skills such as asking powerful questions can help coachees reflect on themselves. Could this process be leveraged by providing the coachee with learning content? Articles, videos, exercises, how much learning between the coaching sessions would ensure the overall coaching effectiveness?
