Workshop leaders Marie Dancourt-Cavanagh and Jo Boniszewski are both a part of the Global Programme Leader Team of the Center for Transformational Presence and have been personally mentored by Alan Seale, the creator of this approach.

Marie (EMCC Senior Practitioner) is a systemic transformational leadership executive & team coach, a certified supervisor and a certified HeartMaths coach. Over her 25 years of business experience, she has worked across a wide range of organisations in the public, private, not for profit sector as well as in international organisations. She coaches her clients through meaningful and sustainable change, using a combination of tools, all supported by the foundation of Transformational Presence. She is particularly passionate about supporting the leveraging of collective and heart intelligence in organisations as a way of opening up new possibilities for a more inclusive and sustainable world.
