Lucia is known as the voice of transformation of the EU via a new culture of feminine leadership and well-being. She is a policy-maker, podcast host, speaker, mentor and coach. Currently she serves her purpose mainly by coaching (1) young professionals seeking authentic self-expression and large-scale impact; (2) women who wish to pivot from soul-sucking careers to a life full of flow and abundance - as changemakers, entrepreneurs, moms or politicians; (3) entrepreneurs and teams eager to transform their workplace culture to remain productive through emotionally intelligent collaboration instead of burnouts. Hence the title of her keynote, which addresses the path many of us are on: uniting with ourselves as we heal from burnout triggers, embrace our authentic leadership and rise together for transformation of humanity.



At a corporate level, Lucia’s 10+ years lasting career as a policy maker took her through designing e-government reforms, Brexit negotiations, and ensuring that gender equality is reflected in the EU’s policies right in the heart of Brussels-based EU institutions. Her stand for a new style of leadership and authentic communication inspired her to run as a candidate in 2019 European Parliament elections - an experience she now hopes to share with other female candidates in the 2023 elections.
