Frédérique Deschamps Meldem is EMCC EIA accredited at Senior Practitioner level and is ESIA accredited as Coaching Supervisor with 20 years of experience as a coach.

She holds an M.Sc. in bioengineering and has been working as a certified career and leadership coach since 2002. She supervises coaches since 2017. She has 13 years of experience as a Manager and Executive, in international companies, leading multicultural teams in 50 countries. She builds on 7 years’ experience as a competitive swimmer.

Frédérique is passionate about discovering and developing potential in the people she is working with. Through her Caring and Daring approach her clients see more clearly and try out things they never did before, and achieve major changes. She sources her energy from the gift of unconditional love that she received from her grandmother and is driven by the meaning of her name (power in peace).

She has created an original and pragmatic approach, leveraging multiple fields of expertise (Coaching, Neuroscience, Psychology, Management, Sport), to venture into new territories with the people she works with.
